Carine Sorel
Carine holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, as well as a master’s in kinesiology with a performance profile from the Université de Montréal. In terms of field experience, she completed a several-month internship with the national Judo team at the Institut national du sport du Québec in 2018. She also worked for a few years with high-level diver Lysanne Richard and prepared young hockey players and figure skaters physically. On a personal level, she is a regular runner. She has completed several half-marathons and is currently training for her fourth marathon. Carine also enjoys weight training, road cycling, alpine hiking, and snowboarding.
Carine has worked with many athletes, but her main clientele is in fitness and lifestyle change. She is patient, empathetic, and very attentive to her clients. She will take the time needed with you but will always push you to surpass yourself during your sessions with her!

Olivier Houle
Olivier obtained his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the Université de Montréal in 2010. He also has teaching experience and worked for over 10 years as a physical conditioning and sports instructor within the Canadian Armed Forces Personnel Support Program. He is passionate about nutrition, hockey, weight training and cardiovascular training. He has also been trained to supervise symptomatic populations.
Olivier aims to provide personalized support, no matter your goal. His approach is empathetic, respectful, and cheerful.

Martin Gaba
Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in physical activity (kinesiology) and physical education from Université Laval. He was a kinesiologist at Université Laval and an athlete with the Rouge et Or in track and field. He has coached volleyball for a high school and for the Service des loisirs de Sillery (Québec). He was also a soccer coach, coaching coordinator and soccer referee at the regional and provincial levels in the Haut-Richelieu region. Although he made a career in public safety, he remained a trainer and kinesiologist in his spare time. Returning mainly as a kinesiologist, he is passionate about group training with occasional self-defense lessons, as he is also a martial arts instructor.
What sets Martin apart is his ability to mobilize people to bring out the best in themselves and push them to surpass themselves in the joy of accomplishment, safely. It all starts with a small step. Don’t be afraid!

Guillaume Cloutier
Guillaume holds a degree in kinesiology from the Université de Sherbrooke. Since the beginning of his studies, he has had the opportunity to gain experience working with various types of clients from sports performance, rehabilitation, and fitness. Regardless of the intervention’s goal, Guillaume aims to use physical activity and healthy habits as a positive change factor in his clients’ lives. His passion for endurance sports is at the heart of his interest in kinesiology. Since 2018, Guillaume has been practicing triathlon and running. He has participated in events ranging from sprint to Ironman, including the 5 km marathon.
What motivates Guillaume most as a kinesiologist is seeing his clients progress and enjoy the benefits of training. His approachability and attentiveness will ensure that you get a training program tailored to your needs.

Aryane Marcil
Aryane is a second-year kinesiology student at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Her interest in how the human body works, rehabilitation, and her personal experience as a former high-level softball athlete led her to take an interest in kinesiology. In her spare time, she enjoys running, swimming, spinning, hiking, and alpine skiing. Her diverse range of physical activity enriches her professional career. What’s more, her sporty lifestyle has made her aware of the importance of a healthy, balanced lifestyle through physical activity.
Her goal as a kinesiology student is to help each client find their place in an active lifestyle and support them in their respective needs or challenges through personalized follow-up.

Thomas Couture
Thomas is a physiotherapy student at the Université de Sherbrooke. After studying kinesiology for 2 years, he decided to pursue a path in rehabilitation. Physical activity plays a significant role in his life. He has always practiced sports such as hockey, volleyball, running, climbing and many others. His passion for sport, human movement, and health in general led him to study kinesiology and physiotherapy at university. He aims to help people achieve their functional or performance goals, considering any existing pain and injuries.
In his interventions, he ensures to prescribe exercises that are tailored to the individual consulting him, and he likes them to understand the purpose of each exercise. He will be happy to help you with your fitness goals, whether it’s for physical preparation for a sport, recovery from an injury, or leading a healthy and active life.

Anne-Renée Séguin
Anne-Renée Séguin has been teaching group fitness classes since 2005 and yoga since 2010. She is a certified Hatha yoga and meditation instructor. She is also a Reiki master. Through her teachings, she aims to guide those who seek to increase their energy through breath, movement, and observing the present moment. This passionate teacher is renowned for offering an inclusive practice that focuses on both mental and physical health.

Rosalie Gamache
Rosalie has been teaching Zumba for over 10 years. She loves Latin dances. In each session, you will feel like you’ve been transported to the South in the space of an hour. What’s more, you will leave feeling fitter! If you lack coordination, don’t worry: she will guide you so you can enjoy the class. You won’t even feel like you’re working out!

Michel Larose
Michel discovered yoga over twenty years ago. Its practice has become as much a part of his life as eating or drinking. In addition to enjoying all the physical, mental and emotional benefits yoga has to offer, he has had the privilege of sharing his love for yoga by teaching it for about ten years.
He invites you to come and experience one of his classes to see for yourself the well-being that yoga brings.

Nadine Gélineau
Nadine has been an elementary school teacher for several years and coaches her students for numerous extracurricular tournaments. A former softball player for 18 years and a rugby player for 2 years, she loves teamwork.
A friend challenged her to complete a marathon, which she achieved by breaking it down from 2013 to 2017: twelve 5km races, two 10km races, and 4 sprint triathlons. She has also completed “La Boucle” 3 times, which consists of cycling 135 km each time.
For 9 years, she has been teaching spinning classes at the Sports Center. She likes to design rhythmic sessions that adapt to the level of participants. Her aim is to inspire a love of movement and self-care. Her motto: Turtle Power!

Claudia Laurin
Claudia holds a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and is pursuing a master’s degree in Geography at the Université du Québec à Montréal. She has been working in the aquatic field for over 10 years and has accumulated numerous certifications: lifeguard, swimming instructor, aqua fitness instructor, rescue instructor, first aid instructor, national lifeguard instructor, and even PADI open water 1 certification.
On a personal level, Claudia is an avid swimmer and triathlete. Through her aqua fitness classes, she makes sure to use a pedagogy adapted to the participants and to create diversified workouts each week.
