The Early Bird

Always the first one up? Always the first at the office? With The Early Bird, be the first at the gym too!

Make the most of the quietest hours at the Sports Centre to train freely and at your own pace!

The Early Bird gives you access to the gym every morning from 6 AM to 10 AM, for a fraction of the price of a regular subscription. Start your workday with a “Mission accomplished!”

Group Classes

Training in a group is so motivating! Our group classes are available à la carte. They do not require any subscription.

All our classes are supervised by qualified trainers or certified kinesiologists.

From cycling to strength training, sustained endurance workouts to high-intensity sessions, our varied class lineup has something to match your goals and preferences.
