60-minute one-on-one training session with a kinesiologist.

After assessing your physical condition, you’ll spend an hour training under the exclusive supervision of a kinesiologist. They will help correct your posture, make sure you’re using the appropriate weights, and provide motivation throughout the session!

This service is for you if:

  • You want to optimize your performances
  • You prefer one-on-one training
  • You have a particular condition that requires more support
  • You need a big dose of motivation! 😉

Specific training program

Customized training plan for 2 days or more.
After assessing your physical condition, the kinesiologist will provide you with a specific training program for 2 days or more (as determined). You will have the opportunity to try the exercises so they can correct your posture as needed and suggest the right weight to use. You can then follow the program on your own and train whenever it suits you best.

This service is for you if:

  • You enjoy gym training
  • You like to train alone
  • You train three times or more per week
  • You have specific goals
  • You have training experience
  • You like having a routine

Options: Fitness assessment and training program over two or more days, or training program modifications over two or more days.

Running training

4 to 6-week running training plan (intervals, long run, recovery run, etc.) with or without a muscle strengthening program.
After assessing your cardiovascular capacity, running technique, and physical condition, the kinesiologist will provide you with a 4 to 6-week running training plan and, if desired, a specific muscle strengthening program. You will have the chance to try the exercises so they can correct your posture as needed and suggest the right weight to use. You can then follow the program on your own and train whenever it suits you best.

This service is for you if:

  • You have a specific running goal and/or event
  • You like planning/having a pre-established schedule
  • You have some running experience
  • You are diligent with your training
  • You like having a routine

Options: Assessment + running program, or assessment + running program + muscle strengthening program, or change of running program, or change of running program + change of muscle strengthening program.

The Early Bird gives you access to the gym every morning from 6 AM to 10 AM, for a fraction of the price of a regular subscription.

A versatile space

One area features mats, bikes, ellipticals, and rowing machines, while another is reserved for specialized equipment. The training room also has a quieter, more private zone, ideal for warm-ups or stretching.
